I reposted an ad but can’t see it on the site. The procedure when reposting an ad is almost the same as when placing a new ad. The difference is that with reposting the ad first has to be removed from its location and then relocated on the current listing. This will take between 3 and 4 hours on average.
Why do I keep getting told that my password is incorrect when I’m trying to log in? The passwords are case sensitive so when entering yours, please, make sure you type it in correctly. It has to match the originally entered password.
Help, I have forgotten my password. Click the ‘edit/del’ button, then 'Forgot password?' enter your email address and submit. You’ll receive an email with your password shortly after.
I’m not getting responses although my ad is online. The reason could be that you posted your ad in a wrong category or you may have entered your contact details incorrectly. Or may be it has moved down the listing. In all cases we suggest you repost your ad.
Help, my ad has completely disappeared. There are a few reasons why this could have happened. The ad could have expired if you didn’t post it as permanent. If you have recently edited it, you’ll have to wait about 3-4 hours while the server refreshes the page. The reason also could be that your ad does not conform to our Posting Policy and therefore deleted. If none of these reasons apply to your ad, please, contact us.
How do I answer an ad? There are no contact details. If you don’t see contact details, the advertiser has chosen to hide them. You can make a contact using our email form. Click ‘Send email’ on the top of the posting. |
