I don’t have regular access to the internet. Is there any other way to receive information?
Simply click the ‘subscribe’ button on the top of any page and then choose the categories of interest, enter your email address, and then submit. You will receive daily emails with the new ads.

I have subscribed for daily emails but don’t want to receive them anymore. What do I do?
Click the ‘subscribe’ button the top of any page, enter your email and then click ‘unsubscribe’.

I have received an email with my password without requesting it. Why?
To request a password you have to enter your email after clicking Forgot password. We would only email the password to the contact given in the ad. If you have received your password without requesting it, then somebody else-accidentally or intentionally- has entered your email in the form.

I have never posted an ad on NM Ads but I’m receiving phone calls/emails?
This happens when an advertiser types a wrong email address or phone number in their ad. Please, send us an email and we’ll remove the ad.

I saw an advert that I don’t think should be online.
If you think an ad is illegal, please, contact us. We are trying to do our best and will be grateful if you help us. If we find the ad illegal or abusive, it will be deleted from the site.

I think the items on an ad are stolen.
In this case you have to contact your local Police. They will advise you on how to proceed further. We’ll be grateful if you also report it to us so we can keep it for our records.

An item stolen from me has appeared on your site.
